We are excited to share we also offer add ons to make any event perfect! From our Large Sweet Cart, Large Snack Wall or LOVE letters to those with a sweet tooth that will love our Popcorn, Candyfloss and Whippy Ice cream machines hireable individually or as a package along with the trailer.
About Bar Ninety Six
Bar Ninety Six is a rustic take on a traditional Bar. Lovingly restored from a pre loved horse trailer. Bar Ninety Six services all your favourites along with selected traditional and new cocktails. Located in the Lake District however we can travel further afield. From the carefully selected list of drinks, our incredible staff proudly crafts a unique experience for you and your guests. Whether it’s your wedding, birthday or any other special occasion.

Dry Hire with bartender
2024
£400 plus £20 hourly charge per additional bartender needed.
2025
£400 plus £20 hourly charge per additional bartender needed.
Dry hire with bar tenders is a great option if you want to stock the bar with your favourite drinks but we will take care of serving your guests.
The bite price includes the trailer, generator and 1 member of staff.
This option would make it an open bar for your guests.
Fully stocked and bartender
Fully stocked and bar tender is great if you want to customise your event with different packages.

Add a package that suits you.
Bronze package - £15 per head. Please message for a quote. Our bronze package includes an arrival drink for all of your guests and half a bottle of wine per guest.
Silver package - £ 20 per head. Please message for a quote. Our silver package includes an arrival drink, half a bottle of wine and 1 free drinks token for all of your guests.

Gold Package - £24 per head. Please message for a quote. Our Gold package includes an arrival drink, half a bottle of wine,1 free drinks token, and a Prosecco toast.

Bespoke packages can be discussed and tailored to your budget. We will work with you to ensure we find the best package to suit your event with a price you are happy with.
5ft LOVEÂ letters
Our 5ft LED LOVE letters make the most fantastic feature for any wedding, these colour changing or static coloured letters are defiantly a must for any wedding or any event that needs a bit of LOVE

Price for full day and night hire is £150 this includes delivery and collection. Plus delivery charge

A £50 non refundable deposit must be paid on booking with the balance due no less than 4 weeks prior to the event.
Large Candy Cart
Our Candy Cart is perfect of any event you are having. Ideal for birthdays, christenings, PROMS, anniversary or weddings but any event that needs that sweet touch we got you covered.

Price to hire our candy cart for full day and night.
Fully stocked £170 plus delivery charge.

Come with several jars and tongues, paper bags, simple decorations.

Popcorn and CandyFloss
For all of those with a sweet tooth this is fantastic for you! This would be perfect for birthdays, weddings, christenings, PROM or any event.
We will be at your event manning these machines for you and your guests. Whatever is left from the evening we will bag up for your guests to take home with them.

The length of hire starts from 3 hours unlimited use for you and your guests. Extra hours can be added for £50 per hour.

Great for those who prefer a savoury snack over something sweet. A great add on to go with our other add ins available.
A fantastic addition to any event! Ideal for the end of the night when your guest get peckish! Would be great for proms, weddings, birthdays, christenings or any other event you can think of. Stock yourself and hire for the full day for only £50 Get the crisp wall fully stocked for you to enjoy all day for £130
